Junior Software Support Consultant

We are currently seeking a Junior Software Support Consultant to join our team. The role works closely with the Testing team, Analysts, internal & external subcontracting teams in order to provide high-quality functional support with regards to the projects and products for international clients’ needs. 

 

More specifically:

  • Provide resolution on clients’ incidents
  • Properly escalate unresolved incidents to other support teams 
  • Monitoring of the resolution 
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • University degree (BSc) in computer science or engineering (highly preferable)
  • Excellent use of English (verbal & written)
  • Knowledge of Jira and SQL will be an advantage
  • Excellent issue investigation and solving skills
  • The capacity to clearly explain/describe a technical problem to a customer/colleague
  • Willing to be exposed to International Environment
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Customer care acumen
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivation
  • Team player 
  • Availability to travel abroad on a frequent basis
