Our team is looking for a professional who will join the 2nd Level Application Support team and provide 2nd Level Support to our Customers worldwide on production systems. He / She will also assure maximum level of support on incident resolution, provide feedback on escalations and comply with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Finally, he/she will design, document and create the tools that will assist in troubleshooting.
