INTRALOT would like to employ a Service Desk Representative:
To provide efficient 1st level customer support, including ensuring that agreed SLAs have been met and that the customer is fully satisfied with the service rendered.
Our new Service Desk Representative will be in charge of several interesting tasks, like:
- Effectively manage the full lifecycle of incidents and service requests received from internal and external customers:
- Recording/follow up of tickets and all contacts in Service Desk application
- Coordinate incident investigation and analysis: escalate to appropriate support teams in order to diagnose an incident and restore it
- Coordinate the resolution and recovery process: follow up as required and inform key stakeholders on resolution progress
- Coordinate incident closure: verify successful resolution of an incident with internal stakeholders and with Customer
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Service Desk which operates 24/7 (shift work)
