Senior Technical Software Support Engineer


As part of our continued growth, we seek an experienced Technical Software Support Engineer to join our team in Athens, focusing on providing Bluetooth technical support to customers and FAEs.

The role:

• Provide excellent technical support to Dialog customers world-wide
• Direct interface to engineers at the customer and Dialog design partners
• Deliver training to: customers, internal FAE’s, Design houses
• Software problem solving, debugging
• Create constructive feedback to the development teams to improve the next generation of Dialog products
• Contribute to product manuals
• Travel to customers and internal Dialog 5-10%.


What we are looking for:

• 5-10 years of experience in customer support of wireless ICs, preferably Bluetooth (Low Energy)
• Technical skills covering wireless protocols and hands-on Embedded C on ARM cortex microprocessors
• Debugging skills and knowledge of low level drivers (UART, SPI, I2C)
• Experience with different IDEs (Keil, IAR, Eclipse).
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English
