To this end, we are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Operations Associate for providing fundamental support in all phases of client servicing, client relationship building and account maintenance to assist the business activities of B2B. Responsible for supporting B2B client base and all facets of their integration.
As our Sales Operations Associate, your main objective will be to facilitate the conversion, onboarding and reporting of the B2B Clients while guiding them through the integration process
This role will require collaborating with Group stakeholders – both internal and external, including Brokerage firms and Clients. Reporting to management, you will be accountable to:
- Provide exceptional service delivery to B2B clients to resolve integration service issues and respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Help clients and their customers succeed by managing client inquires, liaising with all company functions and operations to ensure smooth processing and timely resolution.
- Support Sales Team including answering phones, processing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, maintaining filing systems, reporting etc.
- Complete the documentation required to establish and maintain new accounts including the preparation, control and maintenance of the contract database.
- Manage and optimize Sales Ops processes to achieve efficiency leveraging technology and automation tools
