Customer Experience Technologist

Currently, we are looking for Customer Experience IT support personnel to provide everyday support and consultation to dynamic user environments in the form of Desktop and Basic Infrastructure support. Occasionally, involvement in the presales and planning processes will be also required.


  • Experience in design, implement, and support of Windows, office, office365 and related
  • desktop applications
  • Understanding of basic IT security requirements and policies
  • User support including basic application support
  • Ability to work both on site and remote including standby duty


  • 3+ years of full time IT support experience as part of a team
  • BA of Information Technology or equivalent
  • Strong technical skills with an uncompromised customer focus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to work with all levels of external and internal customers
  • Able to work with a flexible schedule, the same of our customers
  • Fluent in Greek and English language
  • Driving license
