Developer intern

ATHEX Group is currently looking for a passionate Developer intern to join the Systems Development team. You will work in a team with highly motivated and skilled programmers, and you will be integrally involved in meeting our challenge to develop robust high quality software, with ever-increasing requirements on performance and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Follow work instructions; code, test, debug; implement and maintain software solutions, under direction of the manager
• Participate in application design efforts
• Implement and monitor basic system improvements to increase efficiency
• Support applications to be compatible across multiple computing platforms and browsers

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate Student in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field of study
• Prior development experience is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of at least one or more programming or scripting languages, such as C, C++, C#, Java, T-SQL, JavaScript, Angular etc., and at least one or more operating system, such as Windows, Linux/Unix, etc.
• Understanding of and or automated testing and/or CI/CD procedures will be a plus.
• Team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent in both Greek and English language
